First, my apologies that your order didn't arrive as expected. Please check the tracking number provided when I shipped. If it shows 'delivered', and you don't have it...the steps below may help.
1. Ask your neighbors if your package was received by them.
2. Check other members of the family to see if your package was received (in a personal story, I had this happen, and my package was in the garage...for 2 weeks before I found it...)
3. Submit a help request via the USPS website.
4. If still not found, you can request a search via the USPS site.

Fragrances are very personal. One person will adore a scent and another will be less enthused. I always list the notes for medley or blend fragrances but you won't know what you love best until you smell it in person. I've also had folks smell notes in scents that aren't there (because I do the blend) but to them...it is. If you are new to my products (or to a scent) I would strongly suggest that you buy the smallest size possible at first. This is even true for scents with names like Patchouli or Lavender. For this reason, I don't offer refunds or adjustments for 'I don't love this scent'. Of course, I hope you do!

I don't do sales. Reason is that many shops do mark up their products so that they can offer a 'good discount'. I strive to keep my prices fair and reasonable all of the time. If I mark something down, it will be in my sale area. I have 'bundle deals' like my '3Fer' and '6Fer' wax melt pricing, too. Always take advantage of those because not only is the individual item discounted but so is the shipping! Finally, I still offer my 'free ship' deal at a $45 minimum merchandise spent.

Of course, shipping isn't really free. I pay the USPS to ship your order. But I use this as a way to say 'thank you' to my valued long time customers (who do like to stock UP). I'll offer this as long as I can. Shipping is not a profit center for me.

Right now (November 2023) I am still shipping to Canada for many items. Of course, I do ship to any US military base/APO as well as to all US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc). However, many countries have instituted laws & processes that are unique to their market. And, as a single human, I can't keep up with all of those rules & regs. Of course, if you choose to have your order shipped to a US freight forwarder, I'll happily ship it to that location (based on your order's address).

When I did ship 'anywhere' I did have issues with folks asking me to mark orders as 'gifts' or misrepresent the value of the order. I get it. No one likes taxes. But I run an ethical business and such isn't anything I can do. Thanks!

Free ship is only available to US destinations, including Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) as well as any APO address. I do offer shipping (on some products) to Canada, but I regret that I can't offer you the free ship deal IF your address is in Canada.
